I know the place. Bad finish in common areas. No leisure area, such as a swimming pool. Just a small gym and party room. Garages difficult to access.

Quadra Poliesportiva, churrasqueiras, salões de festa, brinquedoteca, sala de musculação, espaço mulher, praça, playground, sala de reunião, vagas cobertas em 4 subsolos, 2 elevadores por torre (2 torres), portaria 24h, todos os apartamentos possuem suítes e sacada, enfim um ótimo local pra se morar.
Excellent condo, great location (in front of Shopping Oriente \ Shibata). Sports Court, barbecue grills, party halls, playroom, weight room, woman space, square, playground, meeting room, covered spaces in 4 basements, 2 elevators per tower (2 towers), 24 hour doorman, all apartments have suites and balcony, in short a great place to live.
