Ă possĂvel ter mais de um carro, sem que haja custo adicionais, com vagas livres. As ruas internas sĂŁo asfaltadas e bem cuidadas. Os jardins sempre podados com bela jardinagem. Ănibus prĂłximo do condomĂnio nĂŁo passa com frequĂȘncia. Os apartamentos sĂŁo confortĂĄveis, bem divididos e bom espaço interno, apesar das paredes finas, nĂŁo isolando o barulho de apartamentos vizinhos.
Safe condominium, with covered garage for the cars (for the tenants who paid for the coverage) and good cost benefit. Residents and the condo commission always seek the best to value and make the condo a better place to live. It is possible to have more than one car, free of charge, with free spaces. The internal streets are paved and well maintained. Gardens always pruned with beautiful gardening. Buses close to the condominium do not pass frequently. The apartments are comfortable, well divided and have good internal space, despite the thin walls, not isolating the noise from neighboring apartments.

Very good, I've lived for 10 years the concierge is very polite there are several trees the only problem is the wall that keeps falling down but the cleaning is great I hardly see any garbage
