★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom para morar, síndico preocupado com interesses particular, não se impõe diante a problemas relatados a ele, regras praticamente não existem, barulho a hora que for e o dia que for não adianta reclamar que ele não faz nada, e a segurança é nenhuma pois entra quem quer e sequer anotam nome e doc, essencial interligar interfone da portaria com os apartamentos, mas por enquanto estamos expostos a quer quiser entrar e sair sem restrição nenhuma, entregadores , prestadores de serviços e qualquer pessoa entra na maior facilidade
