Mas faltam câmeras, estacionamento para todas as casas e cuidados com a estrutura dos prédios. É ótimo por ser bem próximo a paradas de ônibus, padarias, farmácias, supermercado, clínicas veterinárias, entre outros.

Ótima vizinhança, solidariedade, amizade é cumplicidade. Ponto de ônibus a cinquenta metros com diversas linhas.
