★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fruto do programa habitacional Minha Casa Minha Vida, é um prédio de três andares mais o térreo. Os apartamentos são bons, tamanho razoável para uma família pequena, têm 2 quartos, um banheiro, uma cozinha e uma sala. É bem localizado, perto do centro de Ananindeua.
As a result of the Minha Casa Minha Vida housing program, it is a three-story building plus the ground floor. The apartments are good, reasonable in size for a small family, have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It is well located, close to the center of Ananindeua.
