 Very nice and quiet environment, the front apartments have views of the square and some even can see the sea, the leisure space is very good, with pool and barbecue for those who like, fitness area, ballroom, games room and the kids area, that is all you can expect from a residential condominium in Praia Grande, São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bem localizado próximo ao shopping e ao centro, ao lado da feira noturna de quarta. O preço em geral é justo para apartamentos de dois e três dormitórios e tem uma nova síndica muito dedicada à comunidade. De negativo há pouca área aberta para crianças e alguns vizinhos gostam de encrenca. No geral é um local tranquilo para se morar a longo prazo, principalmente para quem já tem os filhos crescidos.
Very well located close to shopping and downtown, next to the Wednesday night fair. The price is generally fair for two- and three-bedroom apartments and there is a new landlord very dedicated to the community. On the downside there is little open area for children and some neighbors like to get in trouble. Overall, it's a quiet place to live for the long term, especially for those who already have grown children.
