★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio bem construído e apartamentos com cômodos amplos. Duas suítes. Apartamentos colunas 2 e 3 muito ventilados. Tem piscina, salão de festas (ainda sem ar condicionado), salão de ginástica climatizado, salão de jogos, play ground (pequeno), piscina. Pontos negativos: ausência de quadra de volei/basquete; falta de entrada recuada para acesso à garagem, obrigando o carro esperar na rua, atrapalhando o trânsito.
Well built building and apartments with ample rooms. Two suites. Apartments 2 and 3 very ventilated. It has swimming pool, party room (still without air conditioning), air conditioned gymnasium, games room, play ground, swimming pool. Negative points: absence of volleyball court / basketball; lack of back entrance to access the garage, forcing the car to wait in the street, disturbing the traffic.
