★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo este lugar. No começo é assim mesmo não tinhamos nada por perto, como todo começo de um bairro novo. Agora temos opções desde a padaria ao ônibus com ponto final na porta de ? a cada dia vai melhorando mais.
I love this place. In the beginning, that's how we didn't have anything close by, like every beginning in a new neighborhood. Now we have options from the bakery to the bus with a stop at the door of ? every day it gets better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro aqui tem 5 meses estou gostando tem segurança portaria e não entra qualquer pessoa. Não tem tráfico de drogas e nem bandidos.um lugar bom de criar nossos filhos.longe dá violência e das drogas.Tem condução pra Cpo grande e santa cruz e em BRT pra Barra da Tijuca.
I live here for 5 months I am enjoying it has security concierge and no one enters. There is no drug trafficking or bandits. A good place to raise our children. There is violence and drugs. There is driving to Cpo Grande and Santa Cruz and in BRT to Barra da Tijuca.

The place is good to live in, but, as in all places ... there are those who like dirt, mess and bad environment ... they are easily destroying the place ... whatever God wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio em si é bom, porém o lugar é ermo, área de mata, não tem nada perto, e tb não é perto de nada, tem um comércio pequeno local se formando, nada de muito grande, cobram preços altos em td já q é longe de qualquer lugar. A taxa de condomínio não é das mais atraentes, tendo vista q pessoas humildes receberam o apto depois de desapropriados de alga comunidade e hj são obrigados a pagar o condomínio do lugar. Fora isso é um ótimo lugar p criar seus filhos e descansar. Não tem bandidagem e drogas
The condominium itself is good, but the place is deserted, forest area, there is nothing close, and tb is not near anything, there is a small local business forming, nothing very big, they charge high prices in td already q It is far from anywhere. The condominium fee is not the most attractive, considering that humble people received the apt after expropriated from some community and now they are required to pay the condominium of the place. Other than this is a great place p raise their children and rest. There is no bandit and drugs
