I have been living for a month and a half ... quiet place with neighbors polite and attentive ... seems to be a great place to live in New Parnamirim ... a weak point is the small play area.

Residential very nice, quiet and well located ... a weak point are the stairs, especially for those who live on higher floors .. Concierge, janitorial and cleaning staff are very attentive. If you want a place without luxury but nice in Nova Parnamirim, this is Praia Bela.
