★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio bem organizado, e seguro de se morar. Apenas não é bem localizado. A frente é cheia de matos e um mal cheiro. As casas são pequenas, não me recordo bem quantos quartos tem, mas para quem tem família pequena ou só um filho, ou apenas o casal, é bom!!
Well organized and safe to live in. It's just not well located. The front is full of weeds and a bad smell. The houses are small, I don't remember how many rooms there are, but for those who have a small family or just one child, or just the couple, it's good!!
