Good place to live, always well maintained. Close to the Butantã shopping mall, the future subway station, next to large green areas. Large, heated pool in hot weather.

Internal space of the apartment very good, as well as leisure area. It has no covered garage and has a 24 hour doorman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Único condomínio no mundo em que você paga mensalidade e outros utilizam sua piscina. Barulho e desperdicio de agua constantes. Administração sempre a mesma e falha. Não ouse reclamar, vai ser mal visto pelos moradores antigos que são maioria. Uso de máscara obrigatória mas não seguidA.
The only condominium in the world where you pay a monthly fee and others use your pool. Constant noise and water waste. Administration always the same and fails. Don't you dare complain, you'll be frowned upon by the old residents who are the majority. Mandatory mask use but not followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem bacana, a área comum tem piscina, playground para as crianças, tem algumas árvores. O ruim é estacionamento não ser coberto para os carros. O elevador é bem pequeno portanto pode ser ruim de levar móveis por ele.
Very nice, the common area has a swimming pool, playground for children, some trees. The bad thing is parking is not covered for cars. The elevator is quite small so it can be bad to carry furniture in it.

Os jardins estão sempre bem cuidados, com a portaria central direto da Avenida Eliseu de Almeida. Fica próximo do Shopping Butantã e futura Estação do Metro Morumbi.
Nice condominium, well wooded, with good infrastructure, with ample parking, each apartment with a spot with a badge, has a swimming pool, playground, multisort court, area for socializing, with two towers. The gardens are always well maintained, with the central entrance directly from Avenida Eliseu de Almeida. It is close to Shopping Butantã and future Metro Station Morumbi.
