★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas visitas a esse condominio sao bem frequentes pois tenho amigos que moram no local, gosto daqui, o acesso é bom, o pessoal da portaria é bacana, tem algumas vagas de estacionamento para visitante dentro do condominio e o comercio da regiao ta crescendo... portanto considero um lugar bacana.
My visits to this condo are very frequently because I have friends who live on site, like here, the access is good, the concierge staff is nice, has a few parking spaces for visitors inside the condominium and the trade of the region growing ta .. . therefore I consider it a nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio amplo, bem localizado, com poucas opções de compras de qualidade por perto, exceto o shopping Taboão, a portaria e bem burocrata e pouco proativa em receber bem os moradores e visitantes.
Large condominium, well located, with few quality shopping options close by, except the Taboão shopping mall, the concierge and very bureaucratic and not very proactive in welcoming residents and visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Torres são ótimas, assim como os APS, mas o terreno tem uma declividade muito forte, pior é na saída. Mas tem uma boa segurança pessoal atento.
The Towers are great, as are the APS, but the terrain has a very steep slope, worse is at the exit. But it has a good security attentive staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bom e apartamentos grandes o que desanima é o prédio, varanda da sala uma de frente para a outra e sem contar que parece um canil o condomínio, tem um local especifico para passear com cachorros, mas os moradores preferem as áreas comuns e nada muda ! os latidos são constantes nas varandas de alguns apartamentos dificulta até assistir uma televisão na sua sala e se for em andares próximo ao térreo o barulho é pior.
The location is good and the apartments are large, what is discouraging is the building, the living room balcony facing each other and not to mention that the condominium looks like a kennel, it has a specific place to walk dogs, but the residents prefer the common areas and nothing changes ! barking is constant on the balconies of some apartments, it makes it difficult to even watch a television in your living room and if it is on floors close to the ground floor the noise is worse.
