★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado, próximo da praia, mercado, farmácia, lanchonetes e etc, bom atendimento, porém a parte de limpeza deixou a desejar, seja na area da piscina, area da churrascaria (incluindo cadeiras e mesas de ambas as áreas) e até mesmo a louça que acompanha o chalé.
 Well located, close to the beach, market, pharmacy, snack bars, etc., good service, but the cleaning part left something to be desired, whether in the pool area, the steakhouse area (including chairs and tables in both areas) and even the crockery that comes with the chalet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, lodo pra toda parte, quartos que parecem uma sauna sem estrutura alguma, quartos mto pequenos e bem descuidado. O contentamento do cliente é o que menos interessa nesse local pois comuniquei meu descontentamento com a recepção e pelo ZAP os mesmos nem ao menos me responderam mostrando que eles não se interessam pelo disprazer do cliente, bastante lixo em frente o estacionamento ... Eu não gostei eu já fui umas 5 vezes pra Ubatuba e em lugares simples mas nenhuma foi com tanto discaso . Não recomendo.
Terrible, sludge everywhere, rooms that look like a sauna without any structure, rooms very small and very careless. Customer satisfaction is what matters least in this place because I communicated my dissatisfaction with the reception and on ZAP they didn't even respond to me showing that they are not interested in the customer's displeasure, a lot of garbage in front of the parking lot... I don't I liked it, I've been to Ubatuba about 5 times and in simple places, but none of them have been so disconcerting. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo custo benefício atende. Vou dar um panorama geral do interior. Pontos positivos: Tinha utensílios na cozinha, porém não utilizamos nada. Levamos colchões infláveis, também não utilizamos as camas. Geladeira pequena muito antiga velha, mas se colocar no nível Max ainda funciona, fiz o degelo a noite deixei no esquema para o próximo hóspede. Ventiladores de teto ok. Fogão pequeno dos antigos, como disse atende. Próximo de tudo, supermercado garotão, posto ⛽, padaria, e o principal bem próximo da praia ?.
Pontos negativos, não vejam como crítica, mas sim como melhorias que podem alavancar ainda mais a estratégia e os negócios do Residencial.
Vagas para veículos ? se sair do local perde a vaga.
Não possui micro ondas importante para quem possui crianças.
Banheiro ? ? precisa de mais atenção, como suportes no mínimo para pendurar uma toalha, um espelho, uma saboneteira mesmo que seja de plástico, pisos antigos e sujos não gostamos, detalhes simples que mudam a percepção do hóspede.
Sobre a lavanderia, um tanque de plástico mau instalado com vazamentos, uma vassoura e uma pá no local.
Sobre a piscina: Não utilizamos.
Sobre a recepcionista: Atendeu prontamente e nos orientou quanto as normas internas.

Voltaria ? Sim caso eu não tenha outra opção em uma data específica para me hospedar novamente em Maranduba.
For the cost benefit. I will give an overview of the interior. Positives: There were utensils in the kitchen, but we didn't use them. We take inflatable mattresses, we also do not use the beds. Very old old small fridge, but if I put it on Max level it still works, I defrosted it at night and left it in the scheme for the next guest. Ceiling fans ok. Small stove of the old ones, as I said, it works. Close to everything, big boy supermarket, gas station ⛽, bakery, and the main one very close to the beach ?.
Negative points, don't see them as critical, but as improvements that can further leverage the Residencial's strategy and business.
Vehicle vacancies ? if you leave the place, you lose your spot.
It does not have a microwave important for those who have children.
Bathroom ? ? needs more attention, such as at least supports to hang a towel, a mirror, a soap dish even if it's plastic, old and dirty floors we don't like, simple details that change the guest's perception.
Over the laundry room, a badly installed plastic tank with leaks, a broom and a shovel in place.
About the pool: We don't use it.
About the receptionist: She answered promptly and guided us about the internal rules.

Would you come back? Yes, if I have no other option on a specific date to stay in Maranduba again.
