Sem nenhuma estrutura urbana, com mais de 213 ruas e CEPs, o Bairro de Fragoso pede socorro para as autoridades há bastante tempo (mais d 27 anos).
The first neighborhood in the city of Paulista, for those coming from Recife, is known as Fragoso. Located between the 4th Stage of Rio Doce (Olinda-PE) to the East; Tabajara City (Olinda-PE) to the West; to the south is Jardim Fragoso (Olinda-PE); and to the north, Vila Torres Galvão (Paulista-PE), is a neighborhood totally abandoned by all politicians in the city to which it belongs. With no urban structure, with more than 213 streets and zip codes, the Fragoso neighborhood has been asking the authorities for help for a long time (over 27 years).
