Desestimula a visitação e compras pequenas.
Parking charge... No notion. I stopped by to buy little and visit the supermarket, I was outraged to have to pay for parking.
It discourages visitation and small purchases.

Amplo espaço para as crianças com piscinas, quadra, pista de skate, balanço, escorregador, gira-gira etc. Para Adultos tem sauna, piscina, amplo espaço para se exercitar. Muitas pessoas fazem caminha e corrida dentro do próprio condomínio. Um grande e bonito salão de festa, churrasqueira etc. Condomínio muito bonito e organizado.
Excellent place to live. Ample space for children with swimming pools, court, skate park, swing, slide, turntable etc. For adults it has a sauna, swimming pool, ample space to exercise. Many people walk and run inside the condo itself. A large and beautiful party room, barbecue etc. Very beautiful and organized condo.
