★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior condomínio da Região, síndico LEONARDO totalmente despreparado, só serve pra falar que vai olhar algum problema e nunca resolve nada. Falta de água a 1 semana e não tem competência mesmo com a votação a favor,comprar 1 caminhão pipa . 300$ de condomínio e não tem nenhum benefício no condomínio. Se vcs tiverem a opção,nunca ,jamais comprem ou aluguem um apto aqui nesse condomínio.
Worst condominium in the region, LEONARDO síndico totally unprepared, only serves to say that he will look at some problem and never solves anything. Lack of water for 1 week and has no competence even with the vote in favour, buy 1 water truck. 300$ of condominium and there is no benefit in the condominium. If you have the option, never, ever buy or rent an apartment here in this condominium.
