★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é boa. O tamanho dos apartamentos também. Claro não tem piscina, churrasqueira, quadra de esportes e espaço gourmet. Mas tudo bem! O grande problema são as mas administrações que sucatearam o condomínio. A construção de ma qualidade que ocasionou a deterioração muito rápido do encanamento de gás por exemplo. .
The location is good. The size of the apartments also. Of course there is no swimming pool, barbecue, sports court and gourmet space. But that's okay! The big problem is the administrations that scrapped the condominium. The construction of bad quality which caused the very rapid deterioration of the gas pipeline for example. .
