★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito bonito,mas não oferece nada para os moradores,só tem portaria mais nada,não tem salão de festas e eventos,nem quadra de esportes nem parquinho para crianças,quem tem criança pequena se quiser brincar tem q brincar na rua e muitos moradores brigam com elas ,pra morar lá tem q ser idoso ou não ter filhos nem animais e nem gostar da vida e de viver,a maioria dos moradores implicam com tudo,com as criancas com os animais com as festas mesmo q dentro do horário permitido,então antes de comprarem seus terrenos ou suas casas verifique antes.
Very beautiful place, but does not offer anything for the locals, only has concierge nothing else, has no party room and events, nor sports court nor playground for children, who has a small child if you want to play have q play in the street and many locals they fight with them, to live there have to be elderly or have no children or animals and neither like life and live, most of the residents imply with everything, children with animals with the same parties within the allowed time, so before you buy your land or your houses check before.
