Excesso de burocracia no ato do check in.
Elevadores sociais desligados, ficando somente 1 elevador de serviço para todo o prédio. (20 andares)
Elevador de serviço funcionando somente com iluminação de serviço.
Áreas de lazer em manutenção constante, impossibilitando o uso. Piscina suja.

Social elevators turned off, leaving only 1 service elevator for the entire building. (20 floors)

Leisure areas under constant maintenance, making use impossible. Dirty pool.

Very good, I had a little access problem on a certain day I went out for a walk and when I returned my name was not on the list and I was prevented from entering even though I was staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para o número que aparece no Google, acreditando que falava com o condomínio e quem atendeu foi o proprietário de um dos apartamentos. Desejava verificar dados da minha reserva e apenas tive mais trabalho.
O tratamento foi grosseiro não recomendo o local. Em uma oportunidade anterior fiquei no apartamento do Felipe ( residencial BE Paulista) e tive uma experiencia totalmente diferente em relação a atenção, limpeza e hospitalidade.
I called the number that appears on Google, believing I was talking to the condominium and who answered was the owner of one of the apartments. I wanted to verify my booking details and I just had more work.
The treatment was rude do not recommend the place. In a previous opportunity I stayed at Felipe's apartment (BE Paulista residential) and had a totally different experience in terms of attention, cleanliness and hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é basicamente composto de studios para aluguel de temporada. Ficamos em um que foi intermediado pelo AirBnB. O prédio tem várias comodidades como academia, sauna e piscina, que são disponibilizados também para visitantes, e outros que são apenas para moradores fixos.
Ele dispõe de lavanderia coletiva gerenciada pelo app de uma famosa marca de sabão em pó. Muito cômodo!
A experiência foi maravilhosa. E também é um prédio muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da Avenida Paulista, de um shopping, de hospitais excelentes e de metrô. Recomendadissimo!
The building is basically composed of studios for vacation rentals. We stayed in one that was brokered by AirBnB. The building has several amenities such as gym, sauna and swimming pool, which are also available to visitors, and others that are only for permanent residents.
It has a communal laundry managed by the app of a famous washing powder brand. Very comfortable!
The experience was wonderful. It is also a very well located building, just a few meters from Avenida Paulista, a shopping mall, excellent hospitals and the subway. Very highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A infraestrutura do prédio deixou a desejar. É um absurdo de três elevadores apenas um funcionando (problema que deveria ser resolvido rapidamente ao chamar a assistênciado do elevador). Usei as escadas 90% das vezes que precisei subir devido a esse problema. Em tempos de covid, o elevador estava sempre lotado.
Para acessar pisicina e academia só usando elevador pois ficam nos ultimos andares. Vendo os comentários anteriores os problemas se repetem, a piscina continuava em manutenção...
The building's infrastructure left something to be desired. It's an absurdity of three elevators with only one working (problem that should be solved quickly by calling the elevator assistance). I used the stairs 90% of the time I needed to go up because of this issue. In times of covid, the elevator was always crowded.
To access the swimming pool and gym, just use the elevator as they are on the top floors. Seeing the previous comments, the problems are repeated, the pool was still under maintenance...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvida minha pior experiência no Booking. Fiz a reserva no SP Stays mesmo com famílias e amigos em SP pq eu precisava ficar sozinha para estudar e descansar, pedi um check in antecipado que não foi possível, ok é normal. Avisei então que queria entrar no início do check in (as 15 horas) porque estava muito cansada, havia dormido apenas 4 horas na noite anterior, cheguei antes no local e me autorizaram ficar na piscina. Pensei que seria ótimo, tinha adorado a piscina nas fotos, mas essa experiência já foi horrível, ao contrário das fotos, a água da piscina estava totalmente turva e suja (foto anexa) sem nenhuma condição de entrar e devido à um vazamento de água no prédio, 2 elevadores estavam desligados e só um funcionava, mas como se não bastasse, um casal fazia o transporte de um sofá no único elevador disponível e a fila para subir e descer em todos os mais de 20 andare era enorme, todo mundo reclamava. E não tinha um funcionário pra ajudar, aliás isso é uma coisa que você não pode esperar do SP Stay, eles falam que a portaria é exigente para nossa segurança, o que é compreensível mas se você precisar de alguém esquece, na portaria os funcionários fechados numa janela espelhada sem prestar acessória, não tinha ninguém pra ajudar e a mulher do check in por whatsup sumia ou dava respostas vagas. Enfim, as 15 horas nenhuma previsão de check, o contato no WhatsApp dizia apenas que ia demorar “um pouco” mas não me dava nenhuma previsão de entrada. Com o caos que estava no local era difícil acreditar nesse “um pouco”. Estava muito cansada mesmo e avisei que iria embora, ainda assim nada. Apenas quando avisei que estava indo embora, a moça me respondeu que poderia entrar em 10 mins… mas era tarde demais pra mim, meu stress já era demais pra ficar ali. Tentei pedir cancelamento pelo Booking mas a empresa de novo não responde, mandei mensagem para mulher do check in e ela nem lembrava do meu caso, ou fingiu que não lembrava, perguntando se eu estava no local, dizendo que o apartamento ficou livre pra mim, mesmo tendo avisado que estava indo embora, uma desorganização sem fim. Sou usuária frequente do Booking.com e já fiz diversas reversar com o app no mundo todo e nunca tive um problema assim, não sou de criar caso por bobeira mas espero um serviço bom quando contrato um, o local tem nota acima de 8, logo achei que pudesse confiar mas toda vez que questiono o local eles me ignoram, ou seja, não confiem e escolham outro lugar.
Without a doubt my worst experience on Booking. I made the reservation at SP Stays even with families and friends in SP because I needed to be alone to study and rest, I asked for an early check in which was not possible, ok it's normal. I told them that I wanted to go in at the beginning of check in (at 3 pm) because I was very tired, I had slept only 4 hours the night before, I arrived earlier at the place and I was allowed to stay at the pool. I thought it would be great, I had loved the pool in the photos, but this experience was horrible, unlike the photos, the pool water was completely cloudy and dirty (attached photo) with no condition to enter and due to a water leak in the building, 2 elevators were off and only one worked, but as if that wasn't enough, a couple was transporting a sofa in the only elevator available and the queue to go up and down on all over 20 floors was huge, everyone complained. And there was no employee to help, in fact this is something you can't expect from SP Stay, they say that the concierge is demanding for our security, which is understandable but if you need someone forget it, at the concierge the employees are closed in a mirrored window without providing accessories, there was no one to help and the woman who checked in via whatsup disappeared or gave vague answers. Anyway, at 15 hours there was no check-in forecast, the contact on WhatsApp only said that it would take “a little” but he didn't give me any check-in forecast. With the chaos that was in place, it was hard to believe in this “a little”. I was really tired and told me I was leaving, still nothing. Just when I told me I was leaving, the girl replied that I could enter in 10 mins… but it was too late for me, my stress was too much to stay there. I tried to request cancellation through Booking but the company again doesn't respond, I texted the woman at the check in and she didn't even remember my case, or pretended she didn't, asking if I was there, saying that the apartment was free for me, even having warned that he was leaving, an endless disorganization. I'm a frequent user of Booking.com and I've done several reversals with the app around the world and I've never had a problem like this, I'm not one to make a case for silly things but I expect a good service when I hire one, the place has a grade above 8, logo I thought I could trust it but every time I question the place they ignore me, that is, don't trust me and choose another place.
