★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura feita pela BCL construções deixou muito a desejar. Vários problemas com infiltração nos apartamentos e garagens, principalmente a do subsolo que quando chove fica toda alagada.
Structure made by BCL constructions left much to be desired. Several problems with infiltration in apartments and garages, mainly the basement which when it rains is all flooded.
