★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito bom, principalmente quem possui veículo, um pouco distante da avenida principal onde passa o ônibus, isso apenas detalhe, condomínio super limpo, tudo bem organizado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acesso a principal é esquisito, local perigoso, vários assaltos, local desorganizado, nenhum síndico chega a passar 1 ano lá que desisti, aparecimento de animais peçonhentos desde insetos à cobras. A maioria que deu 5 ou é porque mora e tenta valorizar o local a todo custo ou apenas visitou esporadicamente. Condomínio caríssimo para o padrão e relação condomínio/localização. Um inferno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sítio viver 3 foi a primeira etapa de apartamentos construídos pela GRANMARCO, muitos apartamentos com problemas estruturais básicos, como infiltrações, problema nas encanaçoes por exemplo, é um bom lugar de se morar, mas o acesso é perigoso, suscetível a assalto, principalmente para pedestres. No geral, a área externa é excelente, e possui: PISCINA (ADULTO/INFANTIL), CHUVEIRÃO, SALÃO DE FESTAS COM COPA E WCS, MINICAMPO, ESPAÇO TEENS, PARQUE KIDS, PRAÇA DE TABULEIROS, PRAÇA DA BOA IDADE, PORTARIA/GUARITA DE SEGURANÇA INTERFONE LIGA À PORTARIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é tranquilo, mas a construtora gramarco cometeu erros graves de construção, apartamentos com mofo, encanação não adequada, infiltração, e uma barreira enorme atrás dos blocos N e O que deslizou no ano passado. Não recomendo a compra.
