★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro de aluguel e tinha pretensões de comprar, mas após essa experiência, desisti. Tudo lindo, mas é só pra ver, iludir aos olhos. Tudo muito burocrático para usufruir. Do que adianta ter uma estrutura dessas e ter que pedir a chave na portaria pra quase tudo que vc quiser usar? Quadra, sala de jogos, até o campo de futebol é trancado.. vc tem que sair do seu apartamento, se deslocar até a portaria, subir escadas, voltar, abrir o portão, esperar as crianças brincarem e depois voltar, subir aa escadas deixar e voltar p seu ap.. Detalhe, e tem que ser um adulto, maior de 18 anos para conseguir pegar as chaves e pra tudo, exceto a piscina q AINDA não trancaram. Qual estimulo as crianças vão ter com uma burocracia dessa? Segundo o síndico, é para preservar o condomínio. Mas preservar dos moradores? Que pagam condomínio? Meu Deus! Acho um absurdo essa política de trancar tudo. Se os espaços fossem externos ao condomínio, tudo bem, mas dentro? É um abuso! O que se pode quebrar num campo de futebol? Pq não deixar LIVRE PARA AS CRIANÇAS BRINCAREM? Ahh gente, sabe o espaço comum? Não podemos ficar lá após as dez, pq tem toque de recolher. O regime lá é fechado. E dizem q essas decisões são dos condôminos, o q eu acho muito difícil.. e pode até ser, mas com meia duzia que não têm filhos para tomar decisões como essas. Enfim, o negócio lá é complicado. Graças a Deus que não comprei, é um pesadelo pagar condomínio e não poder usufruir da estrutura de enfeite que foi criada para SOMENTE encher os olhos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gostei do apartamento áreas de lazer ótimo, mas desistir por conta do estacionamento, o espaço entre um carro e outro é ridículo, a pessoa que projetou fez para pessoas que possuem moto só pode, eu vi as pessoas saindo dos carros no aperto de um carro e outro, quando se o certo seria ate 1 metro e não tem isso.. ou desenhou para colocar uma Lamborghini que as portas levantam ao invés de abrir ou de uma moto. perdeu. pecou muito em quesito estacionamento. se tiver uma pickup tera dores de cabeça com amassado nas portas . pfvr melhores gente
