★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Um grande problema que ocorre no pátio do Bloco 1 é que crianças ficam correndo e andando de bicicleta correndo risco de serem atropeldas ou causarem dano a algum carro. Infelizmente vemos a inércia do síndico diante de tal situação. Lamentável.
