★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Foram mais de 15 dias aguardando um retorno da projetista (que inclusive não me retornou ainda) e nem satisfação me deram. É como se estivessem fazendo um favor para o cliente.
 Terrible attendance. There were more than 15 days waiting for a return from the designer (who hasn't even returned to me yet) and they didn't give me any satisfaction. It's like they're doing the customer a favor.

Gostei demais , o gerente é o melhor negociante que já vi, fez as parcelas se adequarem ao que eu precisava e assim consegui concretizar o negócio! Parabéns a todos desta magnífica loja.
My experience with RESIDENZIALE was wonderful. If in Brazil there were at least 30 stores as it is, we would have no problems. I really liked it, the manager is the best dealer I've ever seen, he made the installments fit what I needed and so I managed to complete the deal! Congratulations to everyone at this magnificent store.

Mas o que me chamou a atenção e me fez fechar negócio com eles foram as ideias e projetos super diferenciados . Estou muito satisfeito com o resultado minha casa ficou muito mas do que eu imaginava. Os móveis são lindos de ótima qualidade e um preço bem acessível. Com certeza voltaria a fazer negócios com a empresa novamente .

Péssimo atendimento, principalmente por parte do dono, que quando há qualquer problema ele tira o corpo fora e terceriza tudo. Nosso transtorno começou com o atraso da montagem dos móveis. Fechamos o contrato em junho ou julho e só vieram entregar os móveis no final de outubro, começo de novembro. Depois começou a novela da montagem. O montador vinha um dia e faltava 2, sem falar na péssima qualidade da montagem. Em resumo, estamos em Janeiro e ainda não concluiram totalmente o serviço. Vou colocar as fotos para vcs avaliarem a qualidade dos móveis. Foi um transtorno muito grande, principalmente em sentido psicológico, pois fomos tratados com muita arrogância por parte do dono. Prometem umas coisas na hora de fechar o projeto e depois não colocam no contrato, ou seja, não tem palavra. Pior arrependimento. Eu não descrevi nem 10% do que passamos. Uma dica pra vcs que querem fechar móveis fechem com a Fabrillis. A qualidade dos móveis é muito melhor e fica mais barato. No outro apartamento que morávamos os móveis eram da Fabrillis, fechamos dessa vez na Residenziale, pois o dono, que tem uma lábia tamanha, nos convenceu, mas foi a pior coisa que fizemos. Pior atendimento, pior loja de móveis. Na hora de fechar é tudo flores, mas depois te tratam que nem lixo, como se tivessem fazendo um favor pra vc.

They promise some things when closing the project and then they don't put it in the contract, that is, they have no word. Worst regret. I didn't describe even 10% of what we went through. A tip for you who want to close furniture close with Fabrillis. The quality of furniture is much better and it gets cheaper. In the other apartment where we lived, the furniture was from Fabrillis, we closed this time at Residenziale, because the owner, who has such a big mouth, convinced us, but it was the worst thing we did. Worst service, worst furniture store. At closing time, it's all flowers, but then they treat you like trash, as if they were doing you a favor.
