★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei de fazer uma avaliação com uma dentista, quando chegou no dia a dentista que me informaram não existia( me falaram um nome pelo telefone, mas ninguém com aquele nome trabalhava lá), acabei passando com a doutora que estava disponível, a avaliação foi boa e ela me fez uma limpeza, mas essa limpeza foi muito dolorida, fiquei com os dentes sensíveis e gengiva doendo por uma semana, marquei de fazer 2 restaurações para a semana seguinte, porém acabei passando em outro dentista que era mais próximo de minha residência. Eu tenho convênio, para eu conseguir " pagar" a restauração do outro dentista eu teria que cancelar a restauração que estava marcada com a resolv, liguei la várias vezes durante dois dias, e sem resposta, na segunda-feira liguei novamente algumas vezes, só me atenderam na parte da tarde, a moça que me atendeu parecia que não queira ter atendido, falava tudo muito rápido e com poucas palavras, parecendo que não queria ter atendido, mas entendo, pode ser que estava fazendo algo mais importante, considerei um pouco grosseira a maneira que ela falava, então meu atendimento não foi dos melhores.
I made an appointment with a dentist, when the dentist who informed me arrived on the day did not exist (told me a name by phone, but no one with that name worked there), I ended up with the doctor who was available, the evaluation was good and she cleaned me, but this cleaning was very painful, I had sensitive teeth and gums hurting for a week, I scheduled to do 2 restorations for the following week, but ended up going to another dentist who was closer to my residence. I have an agreement, to be able to "pay" the restoration of the other dentist I would have to cancel the restoration that was marked with the resolv, called it several times for two days, and no answer, on Monday I called again a few times, only they answered me in the afternoon, the girl who answered me seemed not to have answered, spoke very quickly and with few words, seeming that she did not want to answer, but I understand, maybe it was doing something more important, I considered a little rude the way she spoke, so my service was not the best.

Fui muito bem atendida, todos os procedimentos bem executados.

A dentista, Dra Vanessa, excelente! Atenciosa, educada, explica como tudo funciona, bem transparente e profissional, acalma o paciente quanto a todos os procedimentos. Super recomendo.
Santana unit simply wonderful !! Professional Juliana is super polite and helpful, takes questions and resolves everything including whats, which makes it a lot easier. The dentist, Dr. Vanessa, excellent! Attentive, polite, explains how everything works, very transparent and professional, calms the patient about all procedures. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei consulta pela primeira vez neste consultório, cheguei as 08:30 em ponto conforme agendamento e esperei quase 40 minutos quando desisti e fui embora. Acredito ser falta de respeito, numa cidade tão corrida quanto São Paulo não é cabível tamanho atraso, sabendo que as pessoas tem outros compromissos. Dra Ângela estava batendo papo com, acredito eu, outro paciente, despreocupada com a hora. Falta de profissionalismo e seriedade. Não recomendo.
I scheduled an appointment for the first time in this office, I arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled and waited almost 40 minutes when I gave up and left. I believe it is a lack of respect, in a city as busy as São Paulo there is no room for such a delay, knowing that people have other commitments. Dr. Angela was chatting with, I believe, another patient, unconcerned about the time. Lack of professionalism and seriousness. I do not recommend.
