Disse que iria encomendar a peça e que retornaria quando chegasse. 20 dias depois quando eu tomei a iniciativa de questionar quando a peça chegava falou que não sabia, que não tinha a peça, e que não iria entregar. Quando questionei porque não havia me avisado antes me bloqueou do whatsapp. Não caiam nessa cilada

Marcio que acredito não ter preparo nenhum foi altamente ignorante, acredito não dominar o assunto da empresa pedindo para eu enviar um e-mail, que falou rapidamente o e-mail, quando falei para repetir o mesmo falou que não podia e desligou o telefone. Lamentável a postura de uma pessoa dessa que necessita das pessoas para sobreviver, pois se trata de um comércio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal formatou os computadores aqui daqui, um computador ficou com problema nas conexões USB (falaram que isso não fazia parte da garantia, apesar do computador começar com esse erro após a formatação). Eles tem uma dificuldade grande com a comunicação com o cliente, emitem laudos complexos, quando poderia simplificar a linguagem. O atendimento deixa a desejar, chegamos a discutir com um dos sócios que foi bem mal educado chamando um dos funcionários de "muleke". Formatar um computador é algo simples, foi basicamente o que eles conseguiram fazer sem dificuldades, o restante era muito difícil pela comunicação, basicamente.

They have a great difficulty with communicating with the client, they issue complex reports, when they could simplify the language. Um Senhor muito educado compareceu na data e horário agendados, retirou os equipamentos, deixou uma ordem de serviço. Enviaram por email o orçamento que levou uns 3 dias para passarem. Autorizei os serviços pois o valor e o conhecimento e a confiança me bastou, além de um preço médio razoável. Executaram os reparos, entregaram, testaram e tudo está funcionando de acordo. Ah, emitiram nota fiscal e certificado de garantia de 3 meses. Tive uma dúvida e prontamente me atenderam por Whatsapp. Estão de parabéns! RECOMENDO!
