★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorra frequenta o resort há 3 meses e foi muito importante o carinho e profissionalismo das pessoas para a introdução da minha filhote com outros cachorros. Eu assiti algumas vezes pessoalmente como ees faziam a apresentação e isso me encantou! Hoje minha cachorra perdeu totalmente o medo de interagir com outros cachorros. e adora ir na creche! eles são muito profissionais com a higiene e alimentação dos cães, além de seram atentos a tudo que acontece, sendo algum mal estar ou comportamento não habitual. além disso o espaço é ótimo com piscinas, area coberta, area com sol, recepçao com banho e tosa.
My dog has been going to the resort for 3 months and it was very important that people were caring and professional for introducing my puppy with other dogs. I watched a few times in person as they did the presentation and it delighted me! Today my dog has totally lost her fear of interacting with other dogs. and loves going to the nursery! they are very professional with the hygiene and feeding of the dogs, besides being attentive to everything that happens, being some discomfort or unusual behavior. in addition the space is great with swimming pools, covered area, sunny area, reception with bath and grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO LUGAR ! Inventam que cachorros são ferozes sem condição de serem adestrados quando o cachorro não ataca nem mosquito! É inaceitável essa atitude e pior isolam o animal como se realmente fosse uma fera ! Primeiro adestrem seus funcionários ! Bando de insensíveis ! ?
TERRIBLE PLACE! They invent that dogs are ferocious without being able to be trained when the dog does not attack even mosquitoes! This attitude is unacceptable and worse, they isolate the animal as if it really were a beast! First train your employees! Bunch of insensitive! ?

Meu cachorro frequentou lá por alguns meses porém através de imagens de câmeras descobrimos que ele está sendo mal tratado e isolado de outros cachorros pois ele não poderia brincar tirando a bolinha da boca de outros cães , eles julgam isso como sendo um ato de violência e isolam o cachorro sem ao menos dar uma assistência a ele , ou tentar corrigir a situação. Meu cachorro é extremamente dócil , bonzinho e tranquilo e foi julgado como sendo um cachorro violento e pior de tudo isolado de outros sem poder brincar ! Nota zera para aquele lugar e lá ele não pisa mais ! Eu não postaria isso se não tivemos ficados extremamente chatiado quando vimos a cena ! Pensem muito bem antes de contratar o serviço deles ! Somos muito mal atendidos! Vou postar a Foto para vocês verem ele isolado !
Extremely disappointed in the dog resort. My dog went there for a few months but through camera footage we discovered that he is being treated poorly and isolated from other dogs because he couldn't play taking the ball out of other dogs' mouths, they judge this as an act of violence and isolate the dog without even giving him assistance, or trying to correct the situation. My dog is extremely docile, nice and calm and was judged to be a violent dog and worst of all isolated from others without being able to play! Zero grade for that place and there he doesn't step anymore! I wouldn't post this if we hadn't been extremely upset when we saw the scene! Think very carefully before hiring their service! We are very poorly attended! I'll post the photo for you to see him isolated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorro, um Bulldog Inglês absolutamente dócil e que nunca sequer rosnou pra ninguém, foi EXPULSO do local.
Ele simplesmente amava ir à creche do local toda quarta feira, se divertia na piscina e inclusive passou natal 2021 lá num total de 5 dias.
De repente, me disseram no dia 23/03/22 que ele era agressivo e violento e que deveria ser adestrado e isolado. Isso foi chocante pra nós, pois ele sempre foi um cachorro devagar quase parando e nunca atacou nem cachorro nem pessoas. Mas ok, contratamos adestrador do local.
O adestrador condenou o cachorro dizendo que não tinha dado certo e que ele deveria ser isolado nos momentos de brincadeira e ser solto somente quando todos dormissem. Um completo absurdo, assim eu deixo ele em casa. Eu liguei e exigi que ele fosse colocado pra brincar também.
Qual não foi meu choque quando, ao entrar na câmera, meu cachorro estava sentado sozinho num local cercado e fechado longe dos outros que brincavam.
Imediatamente o retirei de lá pra nunca mais voltar. Não acredito em 1 cm da conversa de que ele atacou cachorros, pois ele sempre conviveu com vários e sempre vai a parque e shoppings.
A impressão é que não querem Bulldogs lá, pois já vi a dona dizendo a mesma coisa de outra da mesma raça.
No fim, meu bulldog saiu escurraçado de um lugar que se entitula "resort" mas que se comportou como cárcere com ele.

My dog, an absolutely docile English Bulldog that never even growled at anyone, was EXPELLED from the place.
He just loved going to the local daycare every Wednesday, had fun in the pool and even spent Christmas 2021 there for a total of 5 days.
Suddenly, I was told on 03/23/22 that he was aggressive and violent and that he should be trained and isolated. This was shocking to us as he was always a slow dog almost stopping and never attacked either dogs or people. But ok, we hired a local trainer.
The trainer condemned the dog saying that it had not worked out and that he should be isolated during playtime and released only when everyone was asleep. Complete nonsense, so I leave him at home. I called and demanded that he be put to play too.
What was my shock when, when entering the camera, my dog was sitting alone in a fenced and closed place away from the others who were playing.
I immediately removed it from there never to return. I don't believe 1 cm of the talk that he attacked dogs, because he always lived with several and always goes to parks and malls.
The impression is that they don't want Bulldogs there, because I've seen the owner saying the same thing about another of the same breed.
In the end, my bulldog got out of a place that calls itself "resort" but that behaved like a prison with him.
Disappointing, absolutely disgraceful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Horrível. Se o animal dá o mínimo de trabalho, o isolam e submetem a um stress desnecessário. Prefiro não ter cachorro a deixar naquilo que tem coragem de se intitular resort mas está mais pra quintalzinho.
Terrible. Horrible. If the animal does the least amount of work, they isolate it and subject it to unnecessary stress. I'd rather not have a dog than leave it in what has the courage to call itself a resort but is more like a backyard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os cachorros são super bem tratados. Meu cachorro já ficou lá várias vezes em cheche e hotel. Mas, o atendimento é MUITO RUIM. Não atendem o telefone, demoram pra responder wpp, DISCRIMINAM PAGAMENTO (tem coisa que aceitam só dinheiro, outras aceitam só cartão) E NÃO EMITEM NOTA FISCAl. Pra quem não sabe isso é CONTRA O CÓDIGO DE DEFESA DO CONSUMIDOR. Pra piorar, se você paga por um serviço e depois não pode comparecer, avisa com antecedência e eles dizem que podem reembolsar o valor em outro serviço sim, sem problemas. Mas, depois dizem que não pode. AS REGRAS MUDAM DE ACORDO COM O HUMOR DE QUEM ESTÁ TE ATENDENDO.
The dogs are very well taken care of. My dog has stayed there several times in cheche and hotel. But the service is VERY BAD. They don't answer the phone, take a long time to answer wpp, DISCRIMINATE PAYMENT (some things only accept cash, others only accept card) AND THEY DON'T ISSUE INVOICE. For those who don't know this is AGAINST THE CONSUMER DEFENSE CODE. To make matters worse, if you pay for a service and then cannot attend, let them know in advance and they say they can refund the amount in another service, yes, no problem. But then they say you can't. THE RULES CHANGE ACCORDING TO THE MOOD OF WHO IS ATTENDING YOU.

Eles discriminam raças e mentem sobre os cachorros , mas esquecem que possuem câmeras e além de me tiram castigam os cachorros que não querem mais lá! Jamais indicaria , a dona parou no tempo . Uma pena tinha tudo para ser bacana o local. Vamos denunciar a Luísa Mel e exigir que providências sejam tomadas para que outros cachorros e donos não sejam prejudicados.
