Indescritivel a falta de educação e de profissionalismo da senhora proprietária deste estabelecimento.
Pedimos 1 porção de batatas fritas (cara $ 18,00 reais), 2 tapiocas e uma caipirinha (além de outros itens que não chegamos a receber).
Batata frita enxarcada em oleo acompanhada por ketchup e MAIONESE ESTRAGADA . Com educação falamos com a garçonete que humildemente pediu desculpas e disse que tinha recebido a maionese hoje.
Dissemos que não tinha problema, comeriamos sem a maionese.
Logo depois chegaram as TAPIOCAS ESTRAGADAS, PODRES !
E realmente se fez necessário ir ao balcão de atendimento onde se encontrava a proprietária, MAL EDUCADA e GROSSEIRA que fez questão de "esfregar em nossa cara" (figura de linguagem regional) a data de validade do baldinho de maionese... em momento nenhum reconheceu que estava errada. E ainda cobrou até pelas tapiocas podres.
Sem falar no BANHEIROS MAL CHEIROSOS que ficam logo ao lado do balcão, permitindo à quem ali atender sentir o FEDOR a cada vez que alguém adentra.
Coitada da cozinheira sozinha para atender tantos pedidos e que trabalha com produtos de péssima qualidade.
Coitada da garçonete que se vira em mil para atender todas mesas enquanto a madame patroa nem se move.
Resumo: ESTABELECIMENTO SUJO e MAIS QUE DESACONSELHÁVEL.

Indescribable the lack of education and professionalism of the lady who owns this establishment.
We ordered 1 portion of chips (expensive $ 18.00 reais), 2 tapiocas and a caipirinha (in addition to other items that we never received).
French fries drenched in oil accompanied by ketchup and DAMAGED MAYONNAISE. We politely spoke to the waitress who humbly apologized and said she had received the mayonnaise today.
We said there was no problem, we would eat without the mayonnaise.
Soon after, the TAPIOCES DAMAGED, ROTTEN!
And it really was necessary to go to the service desk where the owner, MAL EDUCADA e GROSSEIRA, who insisted on "rubbing in our face" (figure of regional language) the expiration date of the bucket of mayonnaise ... at no time he recognized that he was wrong. And even charged for the rotten tapioca.
Not to mention the BATHROOMS MAL CHEIROSOS that are right next to the counter, allowing those who attend to feel the STINK every time someone enters.
Poor cook alone to attend to so many requests and who works with products of terrible quality.
Poor waitress who turns around in a thousand to attend all tables while madam mistress doesn't even move.
Summary: DIRTY ESTABLISHMENT AND MORE THAN UNSUCCESSFUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bom e barato pra comer o que há de melhor no Maranhão. Fica aberto até tarde e a tapioca é muito bem recheada, saborosa e com preço justo. Da mesma forma, o cuscuz arretado é excelente! A Márcia nos atendeu muito bem e trouxe as bebidas bem geladas e os pratos em pouquíssimo tempo.
The place is good and cheap to eat the best of Maranhão. It is open until late and the tapioca is very well filled, tasty and at a fair price. Likewise, the couscous is excellent! Márcia served us very well and brought the drinks very cold and the dishes in a very short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tapioca com ovo e o café com leite estavam deliciosos! Tive pequeno problema na hora do pagamento, mas depois tive estorno. Só achei pouca variedade nos lanches da tarde... não há uma torta ou bolo. No mais, recomendo lanchar a tarde ou a noite neste lugar.
The tapioca with egg and the coffee with milk were delicious! I had a small problem with the payment, but then I had a chargeback. I just found little variety in the afternoon snacks... there is no pie or cake. For the rest, I recommend having a snack in the afternoon or at night in this place.
