O cliente liga para saber se fazem certo tipo de serviço, dizendo exatamente qual o tecido e a cor para não ir até a loja atoa e não adianta de nada porque pelo telefone te informam que fazem e quando você leva a peça dizem que não fazem. Os serviços são bem executados mas perde muito com o atendimento.
Very bad service. The customer calls to know if they do a certain type of service, saying exactly which fabric and color to not go to the store at all and it does not help because on the phone they tell you what they do and when you take the piece they say they don't do it. The services are well executed but you lose a lot with the service.
