★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho, muito caro, estragaram o casaco de couro com queimadura.
Coloquei o casaco de couro para correção de um rasgo, reforma do bolso, fundo dos bolsos da frente no dia 27/07/2018 na EMPRESA RESTAURA JEANS de Vila Isabel, cobrado o preço de R$145,00 no cartão e 10% de desconto no dinheiro por R$130,50. No ato do pagamento verifiquei que além do couro colocado do tipo fosco, diferente do couro com brilho da jaqueta, também veio um defeito com aparência de queimadura onde foi colocado uma tinta fosca na lateral superior do fecho e o casaco ficou enrugado nessa parte. A operadora Luisa insistiu em afirmar que o casaco já estava dessa forma antes da costura e que chegou até a tirar foto, mas estranhamente a foto não estava mais no celular, porém na nota fiscal não consta na nenhuma avaria extra nesse aspecto.
Facilmente uma análise laboratorial informará que a tinta colocada no casaco foi colocada recentemente.
Solicito reparo, caso contrário entrarei no juizado Cívil com comprovante do pagamento do produto.

A laboratory analysis will easily inform you that the paint placed on the coat has been added recently.
I request repair, otherwise I will enter the Civil Court with proof of payment for the product.
