★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone é bem ruim. Poxa eh uma pena. Me atenderam mas todas vezes me enrolaram tanto, um rapaz dizendo q iam me atender, etc... Enfim passou o tempo e não deu mais. Liguei várias vezes.... Se não podiam atender então q falassem logo e não ficassem enrolando dizendo q iam atender.
Phone service is pretty bad. Well it's a shame. They assisted me but every time I got so involved, a guy saying they were going to assist me, etc... Finally, the time passed and there was no more. I called several times.... If they couldn't answer then they would talk right away and wouldn't be hanging around saying they would answer.
