★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passamos o Natal em família no Sauipe Resort. Staff muito educado e atencioso. A divulgação dos eventos pelo atendimento virtual no WhatsApp é muito confusa. A atendente virtual informa um horário de evento e quando chegamos não tem nada acontecendo ou o local está fechado. Praia linda, atendimento humano ótimo, mas a comunicação dos eventos e atrações precisa melhorar.
We spent Christmas as a family at Sauipe Resort. Very polite and attentive staff. The disclosure of events through the virtual service on WhatsApp is very confusing. The virtual attendant informs an event time and when we arrive there is nothing happening or the place is closed. Beautiful beach, great human service, but communication of events and attractions needs to improve.

Hoje, com essa água de côco típica da Bahia, oferecida por Robert, levanta qualquer astral. Se bem que só o local já faz isso. Imagina com bom atendimento....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musica: MUITO alta, baixa qualidade (só pagode, sertanejo, axé, etc.) inadequado para criancas...
Comida: básica, nada especial, tem arroz com feijao, carne na chapa, estacao de massas no jantar...
Quarto: bem antigo, tipo anos 80/90. Cama de casal simples, o ar condicionado venta muito, mas deixa o quarto bem climatizado. Tem um mini frigobar, so com agua.
Tudo tem que reservar, ate o cafe da manha, almoco, jantar... e isso atravez de um whatsapp que tem trocentas opcoes, demora muito. Mal uso de tecnologia...
A conservacao do hotel todo deixa a desejar, parece que nao tem manutencao ha cerca de uns 10 anos pelo menos.
Music: VERY high, low quality (only pagode, sertanejo, axé, etc.) unsuitable for children...
Food: basic, nothing special, rice and beans, grilled meat, pasta station for dinner...
Room: very old, 80s/90s type. Simple double bed, the air conditioning is very windy, but it leaves the room well air-conditioned. It has a mini-fridge, with water only.
Everything has to be booked, even breakfast, lunch, dinner... and this through a whatsapp that has many options, it takes a long time. Misuse of technology...
The upkeep of the entire hotel leaves something to be desired, it seems that it has not been maintained for about 10 years at least.

Na praia do Resort a estrutura é boa, mas...a ducha está estragada e fizeram uma gambiarra com mangueira e tem que alguém ficar abrindo e fechando o registro...vejam o video que vou postar. A estrutura dos quartos decadente, bar da recepção falta de tudo um pouco (principalmente o básico: café, água com gás então, nem pensar. O que notei ni Costa do Sauipe Resost's é que o que sobra na Ala Brisa Premium falta na Ala Mar. Os funcionários fazem de tudo pra tentar agradar, mas a estrutura não ajuda, ou seja, vai na contra mão. E não justifica falar que é porque é uma Ala com menos ofertas de privilégios, pelo menos o básico ofertado e vendido tem que ser entregue, pois o que está em jogo não é se a Ala Brisa Premium e Terra são melhores, mas a qualidade da estrutura e serviços do complexo que a marca COSTA DO SAUIPE RESORTS tem a preservar, caso contrário corre o risco de se queimar.

What I noticed at Costa do Sauipe Resost's is that what is left over at Ala Brisa Premium is missing at Ala Mar . The employees do everything to try to please, but the structure doesn't help, that is, it goes against the grain. And it doesn't justify saying that it's because it's a Wing with fewer offers of privileges, at least the basics offered and sold have to be delivered, as what is at stake is not whether Ala Brisa Premium and Terra are better, but the quality of the complex's structure and services that the COSTA DO SAUIPE RESORTS brand has to preserve, otherwise you run the risk of getting burned.

An amazing experience, Costa do Sauípe resorts ala mar was where we stayed, we had good times that we'll take in our luggage for a lifetime, we want to especially thank Ronald the waiter at the restaurant, great employee, also Antônio Carlos pool bartender, super helpful, great service, the cast who presented the shows at circo vila, note 10. We only have thanks to everyone involved.
