★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't let the rundown appearance, or the less than beautiful surroundings, deter you - this is one of the best restaurants in Santos: a large menu, leaning "surf or turf", excellent food, huge servings (most dishes are meant to be split two or three ways), and a very reasonable price (two can eat lavishly for fifty bucks). Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love "old school" joints that haven't changed a ton in a long time. This place is something like 90 years old, and they are making amazing food, consistently, to stay in business that long. The waiters are great and the portions are CRAZY big. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Santos.
We ordered 2 dishes (filet and chicken) and we ate about 2/3 of it at the restaurant for lunch, then ate the rest for dinner that night (4 people).
