Informei que o cartão/flyer do restaurante estava com o número de telefone fixo ERRADO e pedi correção, pois o número que colocaram é o número do meu trabalho. Estou recebendo inúmeras ligações por dia perguntando o que há de cardápio. Quando telefonei para o número de celular existente, Elaine além de dizer que o número do fixo estava correto, bateu o telefone na minha cara e me bloqueou. Eis um local que nunca na vida irei conhecer ou indicar. Falta de preparo e de educação.
Edição: O restaurante respondeu por aqui e informou que as providências foram tomadas. Parei de receber ligações no meu trabalho. Obrigada!
Elaine's rude service over the phone. I informed that the restaurant's card / flyer had the WRONG landline number and asked for correction, because the number they put in is my work number. I'm getting a lot of calls a day asking what's on the menu. When I called the existing cell number, Elaine, in addition to saying that the landline number was correct, slammed the phone in my face and blocked me. This is a place I will never visit or recommend in my life. Lack of preparation and education.
Edition: The restaurant responded here and reported that the arrangements were made. I stopped receiving calls at my job. Thank you!
