Barlavento, localizado na Avenida Beira Rio – o calçadão de Barrerinhas, em frente ao Rio Preguiças. Lugar muito gostoso para passear durante o dia e principalmente a noite. Lugar para voltar pois oferece variado cardápio, mesmo para quem é celíaco. São variados tipos de peixes e frutos do mar. Para quem puder também são oferecidas pizzas. Tempero bom, atendimento atencioso e preço justo. Recomendo.

Barlavento, located on Avenida Beira Rio - the promenade of Barrerinhas, in front of the Preguiças River. Very nice place to stroll during the day and especially at night. Place to go back as it offers varied menu, even for those who are celiac. They are varied types of fish and seafood. For those who can also pizzas are offered. Good seasoning, attentive service and fair price. Highly recommend.

Com certeza foi a comida mais saborosa que comemos em Barreirinhas, os acompanhamentos estavam super bem temperados e tem um excelente custo benefício. Pedimos uma carne de sol com queijo, trocamos a banana por vinagrete e a macaxeira por batata souté. Custou cerca de R$90,00 e valeu bastante a pena, só tem um detalhe: a carne de sol não era carne de sol kkkkk Era uma carne bastante dura com gorduras e bem seca, mas o acompanhamento compensou bastante.
Normal restaurant in appearance, but with a great view of Rio. The service was very fast and great. It was definitely the tastiest food we ate in Barreirinhas, the sides were super well seasoned and had an excellent cost-benefit ratio. We ordered a roasted meat with cheese, we changed the banana for vinaigrette and the cassava for souté potato. It cost around R$90.00 and was very worthwhile, there's only one detail: the dried meat was not dried meat.

For those traveling from the states or Europe, it may be best to split a single appetizer and entre as my wife and I opted to do. The food here is delicious and my favorite part of the meal was the shrimp soup. I don’t drink, but my wife assured me their tropical drinks were delicious. If you’re on holiday, please indulge. We recommend a visit.
