★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido com o restaurante, pelo iFood. Até aí tudo bem! Depois de mais de 50 minutos de atraso, liguei para o restaurante, a moça disse que iria verificar o que aconteceu. Voltei a ligar e ela disse que não tinha conseguido falar com o boy. Eu disse que precisava de uma solução, já que estava esperando, e com fome. Ela "conversou" com um responsável e que ele disse que não pode poderia me devolver o dinheiro pois senão eu receberia duas vezes! Mas ficar com fome eu poderia? Sentir dor de cabeça por conta de fome eu poderia?! Sinceramente, uma falta de respeito com o cliente, já que não conseguem atender a demanda, então contratem mais profissionais!! Extremamente decepcionada!!!
 I placed an order with the restaurant, through iFood. So far so good! After more than 50 minutes late, I called the restaurant, the girl said she would check what happened. I called back and she said she hadn't been able to talk to the boy. I said I needed a solution, since I was waiting, and hungry. She "talked" with a person in charge and that he said he could not return the money to me because otherwise I would receive it twice! But could I get hungry? Could I feel a headache due to hunger? Honestly, a lack of respect with the customer, since they are unable to meet the demand, so hire more professionals !! Extremely disappointed !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima comida! Cheguei por volta das 13h. Já não tinha quase nada. O macarrão com brócolis já estava acabando e perguntei se teria mais. O rapaz informou que tinha mais lá dentro! Porém, o que veio no meu marmitex estava velho e duro como o exposto no selfie service. O arroz e o feijão sem sal e com um aspecto horrível! O que salvou foi o filet de merluza! Pela qualidade da comida, não vale o preço!
Bad food! I arrived around 1pm. I had almost nothing. The macaroni and broccoli was running out and I asked if there would be more. The boy said there was more in there! However, what came in my lunch box was old and hard like the one exposed in the selfie service. The rice and beans are unsalted and look horrible! What saved it was the filet de hake! For the quality of the food, it's not worth the price!
