★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando esta NOTA apenas pela comida, que acho ótima em se tratando de Caicó, mas as mesas muito mal cuidadas após os clientes terminarem suas refeições. Outro ponto fraco são o banheiros, estes deixam a desejar, destoando do restaurante em si.
 I am giving this NOTE only for the food, which I think is great when it comes to Caicó, but the tables are very poorly maintained after customers finish their meals. Another weak point are the bathrooms, these are lacking, different from the restaurant itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia ido em uma viagem a Caicó há pouco mais de um mês e retornei essa semana por uma visita de meus pais que chegaram de MG. Minha mãe havia visto a participação no Globo rural e estava doida pra conhecer. Quando chegamos não havia o bolinho Capitão mas foi só mencionar a vontade que logo se dispuseram a fazer alguns pra que ela não saísse sem provar. A comida é excelente e o atendimento é excepcional, acabou que ficamos até mais tarde no dia seguinte só pra comer de novo no Brilhante. O caviar de caju não tem igual também. Não tenho como explicar como adoramos. Voltaremos sempre que passarmos por Caicó.
I had already gone on a trip to Caicó just over a month ago and I returned this week for a visit from my parents who arrived from MG. My mother had seen the participation in Globo rural and was eager to know. When we arrived there was no Captain cake, but it was only mentioning the desire that soon they were willing to make some so that she would not leave without trying. The food is excellent and the service is exceptional, we ended up staying late the next day just to eat again at Brilhante. The cashew caviar has no equal either. I can't explain how we love it. We will return whenever we pass through Caicó.
