★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Restaurante Kabana Rústica, tornou — se o nosso restaurante oficial em Andaraí. Fomos em 2018 e voltamos novamente esse mês. Dos três dias que ficamos hospedados na cidade, dois fomos a Kabana. No primeiro dia optamos por matar a saudade do Arroz de garimpeiro à Kabana, típico da região, muito bem feito e com toda certeza cinco estrelas. No segundo dia, pedimos um Caldo de Pantaneiro de entrada e, como prato principal, picanha grelhada com abacaxi acompanhada de arroz, pirão de aipim, aipim frito, salada e pimenta. Destaque para o pirão de aipim, muito bom! Ainda teve um pavê com chocolate de sobremesa; uma delícia.
?E nessa época de São João oferecem um licor de jenipapo de cortesia.

The Kabana Rústica Restaurant has become our official restaurant in Andaraí. We went in 2018 and came back again this month. Of the three days we stayed in the city, two went to Kabana. On the first day we chose to kill the longing for the Kabana goldminer Rice, typical of the region, very well done and certainly five stars. On the second day, we ordered a Pantaneiro broth from the entrance and, as main course, grilled picanha with pineapple accompanied by rice, piranha of aipim, fried aipim, salad and pepper. Highlight for the pita mush, very good! Still had a pavé with chocolate for dessert; a delight.
?And at this time of St. John they offer a complimentary genipapo liqueur.
