★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje, dom8ngo dia 06.03 no Caipirao e foi um pesadelo. Pedimos filé vaticano e uma salada completa.
A salada chegou em 10 minutos porém o filé não chegava. E, todos que chegaram depois da gente recebiam seus pratos em menos de 15 min. Reclamamos 3x com o garçom e nada do prato chegar. Resolvemos ir embora sem almoçar e qdo estávamos indo, o Sr Fernando nos chamou e disse que o prato estava pronto. Resolvemos ficar. Foi terrível. A carne estava sangrando, o arroz frio e seus acompanhamentos tbm. Enfim, esqueceram de fazer nosso pedido e qdo lembraram fizeram as pressas e está horrível!!! Nunca mais volto nesse lugar. Vou no de Indaiatuba onde sempre fui muito bem atendida. Mas em Salto nunca MAIS. LAMENTAVEL. Joguei 160 reais no lixo!
I was today, Sunday 06.03th at Caipirao and it was a nightmare. We ordered vatican steak and a full salad.
The salad arrived in 10 minutes but the filet did not arrive. And, everyone who arrived after us received their dishes in less than 15 min. We complained 3x to the waiter and the dish never arrived. We decided to leave without having lunch and when we were leaving, Mr Fernando called us and said that the dish was ready. We decided to stay. It was terrible. The meat was bleeding, the rice cold and its accompaniments too. Anyway, they forgot to place our order and when they remembered, they rushed and it's horrible!!! I'm never going back to that place again. I go to the one in Indaiatuba where I have always been very well attended. But in Salto never AGAIN. UNFORTUNATE. I threw 160 reais in the trash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é bonito, moderno e fomos muito vem recebidos, mas as semelhanças com o caipirão de Indaiatuba param por aí. O rodízio não é bem um rodízio pois ao invés dos garçons irem passando com os pratos para que você possa decidir na hora se quer ou não quer, eles vem na mesa e ficam perguntando o que você gostaria que fosse preparado. As peças vieram de tamanhos enormes (só consegui comer duas), o que não faz sentido num rodízio onde queremos experimentar um pouco de cada opção. O arroz estava frio, a porção de batata chips estava com o queijo frio em cima e acompanhada de polenta e batata frita normal (não perguntaram se queríamos daquela forma). A parmegiana veio com muito molho, e mesmo eu pedindo para não colocar tudo aquilo o garçom pouco fez questão derramou tudo no prato e o molho estava frio, sem sabor e o queijo não derretido, ou seja, sequer foi ao forno. Resumindo, apenas o nome é igual pois o restante passa longe da qualidade e experiência do Caipirão de Indaiatuba.
The space is beautiful, modern and we were very well received, but the similarities with the caipirão of Indaiatuba stop there. The rodízio is not really a rodízio because instead of the waiters passing by with the dishes so you can decide on the spot if you want it or not, they come to the table and ask what you would like to be prepared. The pieces came in huge sizes (I could only eat two), which doesn't make sense in a rotation where we want to try a little of each option. The rice was cold, the potato chips portion had the cold cheese on top and accompanied by polenta and regular fries (they didn't ask if we wanted it that way). The parmigiana came with a lot of sauce, and even though I asked not to put it all, the waiter didn't make a point of spilling it all on the plate and the sauce was cold, tasteless and the cheese wasn't melted, that is, it wasn't even in the oven. In short, only the name is the same as the rest is far from the quality and experience of Caipirão de Indaiatuba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, local amplo com muitas mesas, super confortáveis. Salão limpo e organizado. Cozinha super rápida, nos surpreenderam com a velocidade em que nosso pedido chegou. Outro ponto positivo é o horário de funcionamento do salão, no domingo até às 17h. Ah, não poderia deixar de falar do maravilhoso sabor da parmegiana de carne bovina... Hummm... Uma delícia!
Como ponto de atenção, o espaço kids precisa de uma atenção especial. O restaurante é novo, mas este local apresenta um desgaste enorme, deixando dúvidas inclusive quanto a higienização do espaço neste momento de pandemia.
Excellent service, large place with many tables, super comfortable. Clean and organized salon. Super fast cooking, they surprised us with the speed at which our order arrived. Another positive point is the opening hours of the salon, on Sunday until 17:00. Ah, I couldn't help but mention the wonderful flavor of the beef parmigiana... Hmm... A delight!
As a point of attention, the kids space needs special attention. The restaurant is new, but this place shows enormous wear, leaving doubts even about the hygiene of the space at this time of a pandemic.

Pratos bem servidos. Ótimo para levar a família. Peça a parmegiana da casa, além de ser o carro chefe, serve de 4 a 5 pessoas fácil. Preços justos.
Cute place with space for children
Dishes well served. Great to take the family. Order the parmigiana of the house, in addition to being the main car, it serves 4 to 5 people easily. Fair prices.
