O restaurante pequeno remete o aconchego dos proprietários Cileide e Valdir que recebem pessoalmente a clientela. O cardápio desenvolvido pelos proprietários utiliza os alimentos regionais disponíveis, valorizando produtos alimentícios que são desvalorizados pela população. No cardápio há opções desenvolvidas para aqueles clientes que são intolerantes ao glúten ou a lactose, atendendo um nicho específico que tem medo de comer fora. Alguns pratos recebem o nome das praias do entorno onde o restaurante está localizado. Entre um prato e outro é possível conhecer a história dos pratos e até pedir a receita que a Cileide dá, entretanto eu indico fazer a viagem, levar a família, os amigos, escolher o prato, se deliciar e retornar pra casa já desejando voltar.
Entre as muitas preparações do cardápio me arrisco a escolher a minha especial para indicar aos visitantes: camarão a coconut, esse prato delicioso é feito a base de filé de camarão, com o creme do leite de coco natural produzido no estabelecimento. Minha bebida favorita cujo sabor e apresentação são únicos desse lugar, mojito, de sobremesa o sorvete de batata doce com doce de caju em calda. Não tenho foto para postar, pois neste lugar me permito a entrega e viver cada instante, o registro de cada emoção faz conexão entre entre a mente e o coração.
Positioned in the far west coast of Ceará, within the municipality of Cruz. The small restaurant brings the warmth of Cileide and Valdir owners who personally receive the clientele. The menu developed by the owners use the available regional food, enhancing food products that are undervalued by the population. On the menu there are options developed for those customers who are intolerant to gluten or lactose, serving a specific niche that is afraid to eat out. Some dishes are named from the surrounding beaches where the restaurant is located. Between a plate and another it is possible to know the history of the dishes and even ask for the recipe that Cileide gives, however I point to make the trip, take the family, friends, choose the dish, relish and return home already longing to return.
Among the many preparations of the menu I venture to choose my particular to indicate to visitors: the coconut shrimp, this delicious dish is made shrimp fillet base, with the cream of natural coconut milk produced in the establishment. My favorite drink whose flavor and presentation are unique to this place, mojito, for dessert sweet potato ice cream with cashew candy in syrup. I don't have a photo to post, because in this place I allow myself to surrender and live every moment, the recording of each emotion makes a connection between the mind and the heart.
