"Gente o atendimento ao cliente tem que ser um conjunto desde a recepção ao pessoal que organiza a Higienização" ao senhor proprietário, está de parabéns pela comida qui é uma delicia , mais no quesito atenção deixou a desejar, mais podem melhorar!! Tenham todos um feliz Natal!!!!
This establishment is very good, however it is lacking in terms of attention to customers, eg .. the service by the waiter was great More as the reception was not nice! none Good afternoon, no thanks for the preference, we were given! Tem muitas coisas pra serem melhoradas.
A forma que dispõem dos talheres, falta álcool na entrada, então isso complica, porque todos tem acesso aos mesmos talheres pra se servirem.
Acho que não só eles, mas toda a cidade de extremoz, falo na parte comercial, ainda não aprenderam a lidar com a pandemia.
Em relação a comida, gostei muito, foi a primeira vez que fui lá e voltarei, apesar do que relatei.
Só não gostei muito do atendimento do serviço das carnes. A moça não disse direito o que tinha de opções e eu não vi que tinha camarão. Na verdade, foi como se ela estivesse separando pra os clientes de sempre. Não acho isso legal. Porque eu poderia ser uma futura cliente em potencial.
Atendimento pra todos igualmente. Principalmente pra qurm visita o estabelecimento pela primeira vez. Estava ali pra comer, não me limitei ao valor, mas queria ter tido a oportunidade de provar o camarão, já que o restaurante é um camarão grill .
Enfim, espero que numa próxima oportunidade eles consigam alinhar esses detalhes.
I liked the service, food. However, safety standards are not met correctly.

The shape of the cutlery has no alcohol at the entrance, so this complicates, because everyone has access to the same cutlery to help themselves.
I think that not only them, but the whole city of extremoz, I speak on the commercial side, have not yet learned to deal with the pandemic.
Regarding the food, I really liked it, it was the first time I went there and will be back, despite what I reported.
I just didn't really like the meat service. The girl didn't say what options she had and I didn't see that she had shrimp. In fact, it was like she was separating for the usual customers. I don't think that's cool. Because I could be a future potential customer.
Service for all equally. Especially for those who visit the establishment for the first time. I was there to eat, I didn't limit myself to the value, but I wish I had the opportunity to taste the shrimp, since the restaurant is a grill shrimp.
Anyway, I hope that in a next opportunity they will be able to align these details.
