O buffet não estava completo, todos os tipos de frituras não tinha. Solicitei a cozinha misturas, alegaram ter acabado o gás que no momento estavam repondo e que iria sair às refeições entre 30 minutos.
Ok, nos servimos com o que tinha.
Peguei o único bife acebolado que tinha no buffet, o mesmo estava com um gosto absurdo de peixe. Chamei a moça da cozinha e a mesma alegou que os pegadores de comida se misturavam, o que era pra pegar peixe, estava na carne ??♀️
Ela me ofereceu uma outra porção de bife, e eu aceitei. A porção chegou acompanhada de batatas fritas para "pagar as fritas que não tinha no buffet no momento".
O atendimento foi muito bom, solucionaram o problema.
Pretendo sim voltar, pois acredito que imprevistos acontecem.
Mas é só um ponto para melhoria!!!!
First time at the place we arrived around 12:40 with my co-workers.
The buffet was not complete, all kinds of fried foods were not available. I asked the kitchen for mixtures, they claimed to have run out of gas that they were currently replenishing and that it would come out after meals within 30 minutes.
Okay, we helped ourselves with what we had.
I took the only onion steak that was on the buffet, it had an absurd taste of fish. I called the kitchen girl and she claimed that the food takers mixed up, what was to catch fish, was in the meat ??♀️
She offered me another serving of steak, and I took it. The portion arrived accompanied by fries to "pay for the fries I didn't have on the buffet at the moment".
The service was very good, they fixed the problem.
I do intend to return, because I believe that unforeseen events happen.
But it's just one point for improvement!!!!
