Staff without responsibility for deliveries, some delivery guys charge the right amount, others ask for more. And not to mention that they often take time, they forget cutlery.

Estávamos em 3 (eu e minha familia) e demorou 30 minutos pra chegar metade do pedido da mesa em que eu estava, mais 30 minutos chegou o resto do pedido. Foi bem desconfortável. Notei que isso não aconteceu só na minha mesa. Sem falar que teve pessoas que chegaram bem depois e receberam seus pedidos antes da gente. E na hora do pagamento que a moça passou o cartão e saiu no meio da operação, mal deu atenção. Se for delivery super recomendo porque a comida é boa, mas a experiência no restaurante não foi tão bacana.
Very good food, nice atmosphere, I just found it a little disorganized with regard to customer service.
There were 3 of us (me and my family) and it took 30 minutes for half of the order to arrive from the table I was at, another 30 minutes for the rest of the order. It was very uncomfortable. I noticed that this didn't just happen on my desk. Not to mention that there were people who arrived much later and received their orders before us. And at the time of payment, the girl swiped the card and left in the middle of the operation, she barely paid attention. If it's delivery, I highly recommend it because the food is good, but the experience at the restaurant was not so nice.
