★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a mixup with our order and their way of handling is was to spend our entire meal loudly yelling and complaining about us to everyone in the restaurant.
Also the wonton soup was terrible.
Stunningly bad customer service for a bad meal, avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my husband on our honeymoon since I love Chinese food so much. As it came highly recommended, we figured it was definitely worth a trip to the Liberdade district.
The language barrier understandably made it difficult to order, but we managed a beef noodle dish and wonton soup.
Or so we thought.
The waitress misunderstood and thought we ordered an additional noodle dish so we were confused when it came out. She insisted we ordered both, and proceeded to yell at the other servers that we were wrong throughout our whole meal.
The shrimp wonton soup was flavorless, it's broth felt like boiled and water and ginger. They added lettuce which was soggy and added nothing to the flavour.
The beef noodle dish was fine.
Throughout this server's yelling, I had lost my appetite.
The meal was 85R. We felt bad for the mixup and left 108R.
The terrible customer service made a mediocre meal that much worse.
Lastly, (more as an FYI) This restaurant does not accept Debit or Credit cards. Worth knowing since there are no nearby ATMs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Chinese restaurant with a long list of dishes well and not-so-well known, but all of them very tasty (at least the ones I've tried in the 20, 25 times I've been there). Huge portions, fair prices. Staff mood goes from grumpy to rude, they won't talk to you beyond the menu and orders, so don't ask about any of the statues or paintings in the decor. They clam up, then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tasty chinese restaurant with good prices. Weekends are always busy. My favorites are the steamed oysters on the picture but the blue crabs are also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YOU CAN'T PAY WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS, BRING CASH (they also take checks)!! This is a good restaurant with a very ornate, plush decor and efficient if somewhat brusque staff. They serve your food onto a Lazy Susan in the center of the table, but be forewarned you may be seated at a table with strangers, so you might want to try somewhere else if you're not in the mood for making friends. The menu is pretty extensive and the food was great.
