★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una absoluta decepción, de chileno el solo nombre.
De la comida que probamos sólo salvaba el completo, porque lo que son los sándwich, la carne la preparan mucho más gruesa que un churrasco y con exceso de sal, ademas utilizan un pan especie baguett (cuando perfectamente podrían hacer pan amasado por ejemplo) y con muy poco relleno.
También pedimos una pasta "porteño" (fettuccini con mariscos y crema) que tenia tanta sal que prácticamente solo la probamos y dejamos ahí porque estaba derechamente incomible.
La atención otro punto negativo, atienden en su mayoría por lo que noté, argentinas que no tienen idea de los propios productos que ofrecen (por ejemplo no sabían cuál era el chacarero) y 0 disposición a recomendar o describir la carta, cuando pregunte si me recomendaba la pasta o un sándwich me respondió "eso depende de ti" ?
Otro punto a destacar es que hacen que cumplen con protocolo covid y no saben ni usar la mascarilla, teniendo toda la nariz descubierta, en ese caso mejor no usen.
En resumen lo recomendaría para ir a ver un partido de Chile y tomar algo, porque ir por ir es un desperdicio de dinero y oportunidad de conocer mejores lugares.
Le pondría 0 estrella pero no se puede.

Of the food we tried, only the complete one saved, because what sandwiches are, the meat is prepared much thicker than a steak and with excess salt, they also use a baguett type bread (when they could perfectly make kneaded bread for example) and with very little filling.
We also ordered a "porteño" pasta (fettuccini with seafood and cream) that had so much salt that we practically only tried it and left it there because it was totally inedible.
Attention, another negative point, they attend mostly from what I noticed, Argentines who have no idea of the products they offer (for example, they did not know what the farmer was) and 0 willingness to recommend or describe the menu, when asked if I He recommended pasta or a sandwich he replied "that depends on you" ?
Another point to note is that they comply with the covid protocol and do not even know how to use the mask, having the entire nose uncovered, in that case it is better not to use.
In summary, I would recommend it to go see a game in Chile and have a drink, because going to go is a waste of money and an opportunity to see better places.
I would give it 0 star but you can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a cenar. Nos pedimos los menú ejecutivo que eran: milanesa de carne y pollo con ensalada papas fritas y arroz.
Para tomar una caipirinha que estaba muy bien hecha.
No hay mucha variedad de comida el sabor normal, nada de otro mundo.
La ambientación no es muy linda, el lugar es chiquito, con pocas mesas.
Precios no muy acorde a lo que te sirven, más tirando a elevados.
La atención rápida, pero como apurados. Te sacan el plato mientras seguís masticando.
Puntaje 6/10.
We went to dinner. We ordered the executive menu which was: meat and chicken milanesa with salad, fries and rice.
To have a caipirinha that was very well made.
There is not much variety of food the normal taste, nothing from another world.
The setting is not very nice, the place is small, with few tables.
Prices not very consistent with what they serve you, more on the high side.
Quick attention, but like in a hurry. They take your plate away while you continue chewing.

Preguntamos si servían desayuno y a pesar de no tener nos dijeron que podían preparamos, y estuvo exquisito, el mejor desayuno, se agradece mucho la atención y amabilidad. Al día siguiente con lluvia no podíamos salir y nos fueron a dejar la comida al hostal, a pesar de no tener delivery. Son 100% preocupados de sus clientes, y la comida exquisita, muy recomendado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo justo y necesario. He leído aquí a mucha gente diciendo que están lejos de ser los mejores platos del mundo, pero en cosa de gustos hay tantas realidades como protagonistas. En mi caso encontré los completos muy buenos. Es cierto, no están hechos con "pan de completo", pero aún así se acercan bastante al sabor original.
Buena idea la de hacer un local con platos de Chile. Se acerca a quienes viven aquí (aunque sea un poquito) a sus orígenes y recuerdos.
Mis felicitaciones.
Just enough. I have read many people here saying that they are far from being the best dishes in the world, but when it comes to tastes there are as many realities as there are protagonists. In my case I found the complete ones very good. True, they are not made with "complete bread", but they still come pretty close to the original flavor.
Good idea to make a place with dishes from Chile. It brings those who live here closer (even a little bit) to their origins and memories.
