★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência, eu e minha família ficamos 20 minutos no local, e depois de conseguirmos 1 mesa, mais 25 minutos para sermos atendidos...
E na HR que de fato vieram nos atender, simplesmente não tinham mais "peixe" para prosseguir com atendimento.
Desordem, falta de respeito e má vontade com o cliente.
Lamentável.
 The worst experience, my family and I stayed 20 minutes at the place, and after getting 1 table, another 25 minutes to be served...
And at HR who actually came to assist us, they simply didn't have "fish" to continue with service.
Disorder, lack of respect and ill will towards the customer.
Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprava aí até que um dia eu fiz um pedido do rodízio delyver e perguntei pra moça que atendeu o telefone se no rodízio delyver vinha tudo que estava marcado na parte do rodízio e ela disse que sim , que seria as mesma coisas como se eu estivesse comendo no estabelecimento. Levou 2 horas pro meu pedido chegar isto porque liguei tinham perdido o meu endereço.
Quando chegou não veio nem a meda e ainda pra ajudar o que era frito estava encharcado de óleo.
I always bought there until one day I ordered the delyver rodizio and asked the girl who answered the phone if the delyver rodízio had everything that was marked on the rodízio part and she said yes, it would be the same things as if I were eating at the establishment. It took 2 hours for my order to arrive because I called they had lost my address.
When it arrived, it didn't even come and even to help what was fried it was soaked in oil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico. Vamos lá, como vi em várias avaliações por aqui, a maioria das pessoas estão insatisfeitas. O lugar já tem anos que vendem comida japonesa, mas pelo jeito não aprenderam a fazer ainda. Fui obrigado a escutar do atendente que não podia repetir rolinhos primavera no rodízio, um absurdo, fora a demora que é pra vim algum item, acredito que seja propositalmente orientação do estabelecimento (detalhe: o lugar estava vazio!). O arroz de todas as porções duros, não sei dizer se estavam mal cozidos ou era arroz de dias atrás. Querem comida japonesa, procurem outro lugar, vão passar raiva.
I do not indicate. Come on, as I've seen in several reviews here, most people are dissatisfied. The place has been selling Japanese food for years, but apparently they haven't learned how to make it yet. I was forced to hear from the attendant that he couldn't repeat spring rolls in the rotation, an absurdity, apart from the delay it takes for an item to come, I believe it's purposely orientation of the establishment (detail: the place was empty!). The rice of all portions was hard, I can't tell if they were undercooked or it was rice from days ago. They want Japanese food, look elsewhere, they'll get angry.

fui no com a minha Familia dia 29 de janeiro 2022, mesas suja atendentes despreparados não recolhiam os pratos já usados, não vinham até a mesa prestar o atendimento. Sem contar na Demora para vir os pratos. Fui falar com gerente na hora do pagamento sobre a insatisfação simplesmente um atendente que em momento algum me prestou atendimento gritou e insinuando um verdadeiro "cala a boca e o problema é seu" . 180$ jogados no lixo, insatisfação total!!!!! NÃO RECOMENDO.

I went to with my family on January 29, 2022, dirty tables, unprepared attendants did not collect the already used dishes, they did not come to the table to provide the service. Not to mention the Delay for the dishes to come. I went to talk to the manager at the time of payment about the dissatisfaction, simply an attendant who at no time gave me service shouted and insinuating a true "shut up and it's your problem". 180$ thrown in the trash, total dissatisfaction!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
