o Ambiente externo transmite ao cliente uma sensação rústica, com pinturas na infraestrutura que nos remete ao ao Japão Feudal. Não pude deixar de notar um contraste em seus quadros : um da cultura Negra (que fomentou ao meu entendimento a culturalização, diversidade Gastronômica, uma vez que o Restaurante Clima da Chã tem o seu forte a culinária Japonesa e Chinesa, adicionando a regionalidade Brasileira).
outro quadro que me chamou atenção foi do Artista Charlie Chaplin. Acredito que o Dono do Restaurante seja um apreciador da filosofia Chapliniana ( refere-se ao aspecto humorístico puro de uma situação, podendo ou não ter caráter crítico sobre a conjuntura sócio-econômica em que a referida situação se passa). Talvez seja uma forma de expressar que em todos os momentos de idealizar o sonho do restaurante até o seu funcionamento, todas as dificuldades sociais e econômicas foram vencidas com muito bom humor.
Por fim , me remeto ao cardápio, que realmente faz jus a sua especialidade na alimentação japonesa. tudo estava impecável. cada peça saboreada , parecia ser construído no momento da degustação. salmão com a tonalidade forte, trazendo o fresco e respeito que a tradição da comida japonesa recomenda. condimentos que constroem os sabores.
Por fim, como um leigo formador de opinião Gastronômico, digo que comi muito bem e o Restaurante Clima da Chã superou minhas expectativas. onde realmente valeu a pena, sair de Recife para conhecer e apreciar esse restaurante na cidade de Chã Grande - PE.
Upon visiting the restaurant I would like to share my observations:
the external environment gives the customer a rustic feel, with paintings in the infrastructure that brings us back to Feudal Japan. I could not help noticing a contrast in his paintings: one from the Black culture (which encouraged my understanding of culturalization, Gastronomic diversity, since the Clima da Chã Restaurant has its strong Japanese and Chinese cuisine, adding the Brazilian regionality) .
another painting that caught my attention was the Artist Charlie Chaplin. I believe that the Owner of the Restaurant is a connoisseur of Chaplinian philosophy (it refers to the pure humorous aspect of a situation, which may or may not be critical about the socio-economic situation in which the situation is taking place). Perhaps it is a way of expressing that at all times from idealizing the restaurant's dream until its operation, all social and economic difficulties were overcome with great humor.
Finally, I refer to the menu, which really lives up to its specialty in Japanese food. everything was impeccable. each piece savored, seemed to be built at the time of tasting. salmon with a strong hue, bringing the freshness and respect that Japanese food tradition recommends. condiments that build flavors.
Finally, as a layman forming a gastronomic opinion, I say that I ate very well and the Clima da Chã Restaurant exceeded my expectations. where it was really worth it, leave Recife to know and appreciate this restaurant in the city of Chã Grande - PE.
