Eu, particularmente, não volto. Fico em fila de 2h pra entrar no tramela, mas não volto no CTI.
Food was once delicious, today the moths are thrown.
Expensive, bad food, crowded with flies, environment totally scrapped! it's a pity
I personally won't be back. I stand in line for 2 hours to get on the tramela, but I don't go back to the CTI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários tem que entender que nem todos os clientes, conhecem o sistema de funcionamento do restaurante, e quando for o caso, explicar de forma a não constranger o cliente por algo que ele esteja fazendo fora do previsto, tipo:
Optei em fazer uma refeição com bufê livre, mas eu não sabia que não teria direito a me servir com mais de um tipo de verduras e saladas.
Uma funcionária me chamou a atenção em voz acima do normal, como se eu tivesse fazendo algo gravíssimo e me constrangendo perante a outros clientes que se encontravam no estabelecimento.
Employees must understand that not all customers know the restaurant's operating system, and when applicable, explain so as not to embarrass the customer for something he is doing out of schedule, such as:
I opted for an all-you-can-eat buffet meal, but I didn't know that I wouldn't have the right to serve myself with more than one type of vegetables and salads.
An employee called my attention in a voice above normal, as if I was doing something very serious and embarrassing myself in front of other customers who were in the establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servem uma comida muito boa com tempero excelente ... Recentemente aumentaram o valor dos pratos ...os pratos sem churrasco passaram a custar R$20,00 e os com churrasco R$ 22,00. Eles tem entregam ...Aqui na região da zona norte eu considero ser a melhor comida.
They serve very good food with excellent seasoning... They recently increased the price of the dishes...the dishes without barbecue started to cost R$20.00 and those with barbecue R$22.00. They have delivery... Here in the North Zone I consider it to be the best food.
