★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, até então era o local onde sempre íamos, pois nos sentíamos confortáveis lá. Mas ontem, ocorreu uma situação bem chata em relação a um funcionário. Pedimos duas porções, 1 refri, 2 sucos e também 2 x- frango. Trouxeram então as porções e bebidas, até então ok, e os x- frango estavam demorando muito, enquanto os pedidos de outros clientes que chegavam depois estavam sendo servidos antes que o nosso. Então, olhamos no papel e ele não havia anotado o pedido dos X- frango, assim chamei o funcionário e perguntei se já estava pronto ou ainda estava sendo preparado, pois ele não havia anotado, então ele debateu com a gente de que nao havíamos feito tal pedido, mas...ele não anotou por falta de atenção dele!
Reclamamos na recepção, mas foi a mesma coisa de nada!
Well, until then it was the place where we always went, because we felt comfortable there. But yesterday, there was a very annoying situation regarding an employee. We ordered two portions, 1 soda, 2 juices and also 2 x- chicken. Then they brought the portions and drinks, so far ok, and the x-chicken were taking a long time, while the orders of other customers that arrived later were being served before ours. So, we looked at the paper and he hadn't written down the order for the X-chicken, so I called the employee and asked if it was ready or was still being prepared, because he hadn't written it down, so he discussed with us that we hadn't made it such a request, but...he didn't write it down due to his lack of attention!
We complained at reception but it was the same thing!
