Mas para não ser injusto, vou explicar.. chegamos por volta das 14h00 na segunda de carnaval 2020, dia 24; o famoso bom dia não aconteceu, nem tampouco pelo menos um sorriso dos funcionários. Pedimos dois hambúrgueres e dois pastéis assados, mas a tragédia estava para iniciar, porque veio cru após 08 minutos. Solicitamos que a moça novamente " requentasse-para-ver-se-salvava". Em vão!!!! Neste momento um senhora nos assustou mexendo numa corrente para fechar a área de self service. Minha filha não conseguiu morder aquele hambúrguer de tão péssimo! Nos levantamos para pagar os 35,00 de fatura pelo aborrecimento, quando de repente vimos um dos funcionários fazer uma barulheira com as cadeiras de plástico... Ele estava guardando tudo, porque o restaurante, para nosso espanto, estava fechando! Bom.... Falei com minha esposa e minhas duas filhas que havíamos entendido toda a situação.. eles estavam com pressa para fechar logo... No Di Luca lamentavelmente não vamos mais!!!!
In summary: "HORROROUS" ... But in order not to be unfair, I will explain .. we arrived around 14:00 on Monday of Carnival 2020, on the 24th; the famous good morning did not happen, nor did the employees smile at least. We ordered two hamburgers and two baked pastries, but the tragedy was about to start, because it came raw after 08 minutes. We asked the girl again to "reheat-to-see-herself-saved". In vain!!!! At this moment a lady scared us by moving a chain to close the self service area. My daughter couldn't bite that hamburger so bad! We got up to pay the 35.00 invoice for the annoyance, when suddenly we saw one of the employees making a noise with the plastic chairs ... He was saving everything, because the restaurant, to our amazement, was closing! Well .... I spoke with my wife and my two daughters that we had understood the whole situation .. they were in a hurry to close soon ... At Di Luca we are unfortunately not going anymore !!!!
